Excellent news for women in the military. The Democratic party has been pushing for all women, when they turn 18, to sign up for the Selective Service, as men have to do. This at the same time they have been supporting men being able to shower with women and be in their dorms. We have not heard even the tip of iceberg of what women in the military have had to endure from enlsted troons.
The lawsuits that should be pursued vigorously via class actions for what women have had to endure in the military, the navy, prisons (rape & unwanted pregnancies), women patients in hospitals (intimate examinations by troons when women specifically requested women), women in sports (locker-rooms & loss of valuable awards & monetary prizes/sponsorships) and the list goes on and on.
The untold abuse, discrimination, misogyny, silencing, retaliation against and erasure of women via our sex class, via language, via imitation of our body parts, via our exclusive spaces and even via attempts to appropriate our status as Mothers has been nothing short of unreal and next level narcissism by a certain class of men.
Agree that there need to be class action lawsuits. My guess is suing the military would be especially difficult. The pushing for women to have to sign up for the Selective Service has been infuriating because women have no representation in the US, both political parties are working to erase our rights. Plus, the push is coming from the party that does not know what a woman is. Why should women be forced to fight for such a country?
While you made the point not all roles within the armed forces need the same level of fitness as say frontline infantry (I'm sure there are trannies who could fly a drone over Iraq just as well as anyone). I think Trump did the right thing. This has no place in the military and the military certainly should not be paying for trans treatments.
Beats me why they would want to be a part of it anyway. In the UK up until 2008 simply being gay would get you dishonourably discharged. Lots of AGP's and Tranvesic Fetishists had macho military histories, but the moment they found their "Authentic Selves" 🤮 they had to be all girly and couldn't now possibly do all those "manly" things they did for years before.
Yeah sorry boys and girls there's a time and place for everything and during military service ain't it. I wonder how many would be using their troonery to avoid the draft if there was a war?
Agreed. The UK military was still discriminating on the basis of sexual orientation until 2008? That's extraordinary - the Australian military has apparently allowed openly LGB members to serve since 1992!
In 2010 an extremely litigious bloke by the name of Bridget Clinch (né Matthew) caught them unawares by claiming that he'd been unfairly dismissed on the basis of a claimed gender identity and was able to successfully extort $10K and a brand new army position out of them.
For an encore he then successfully sued a female journalist for another $10K, and it's entirely possible that he was able to then successfully sue some media outlets for even more - because he apparently even sued his own mother for the egregious sin of mentioning to a newspaper that she refused to believe that he'd literally become female! It's really rather extraordinary, tbh.
One thing's for sure, and that's the fact that he evidently identified as possessed of a much more successful career than he'd ever had whilst "identifying as" himself.
Yes. They stopped actively dismissing people from 2000 but it was 2008 before the 1955 Army Act was repealed.
His career as a Professional Litigant seems to have gone well for him.
That is not surprising he was able to sue the Military but that he could sue the media and his mother is astounding! I don't know enough of Australian legislation to comment on the court's decisions. Thankfully other than the military case that shit wouldn't fly in the UK or the EU generally. Though there are no shortage of perverse court orders about this crap.
The woman the guy first tried to sue was one of the journalists who initially reported on the matter.
The really insane thing was that he tried to sue over COMMENTS LEFT BY READERS ON Facebook - not to mention the fact that the Australian courts entertained it!
Great, and again I say thank you to a man I don‘t like but I appreciate his decisions. Aren‘t trans id men supposed to feel terrified in men‘s company - at least when they can‘t choose, right…? So one time they are terrified, the other time they absolutely want to be around the same men they are terrified of to give them reason to invade women‘s spaces?
Agree Karen, they are focused on their part of being that doesn‘t function healthily, which sure is dangerous in a serious situation, so they should not be in the military. Sometimes choices bring consequences, and to trans or to pretend being something one isn‘t and making that priority nr 1 sure comes with consequences in itself. Military isn‘t a joke, isn‘t a game, it serves a very serious and essential purpose and that purpose should be nr 1 focus for all members!
trans ID ppl, people who drink while on duty and people who wont remove the sports branded clothing of their favorite sports team are certainly fit to serve, if they agree to do so without these distracting hobbies while on duty . playing chess, fishing and trans ID are hobbies. once you require ppl to discontinue their hobby during military service, many will likely be good service members
Uuuuh, being able to keep your crazy in check while at work doesn't negate someone being crazy. For something as important as national security, maybe having to handle weapons, severe stress, being in traumatic situations, I don't think it is safe to have closeted crazies.
Please, please take the time to check and read the Ai source pages. Ai "summaries" and Ai generated non-fiction guide books have legit killed people and pets in the last year.
A "herb guide" said a deadly poisonous plant was edible. An entire family died. A dog owner didn't check sources and the summary pulled the poisonous substance as safe.

If I identify as Rambo, I won`t be permitted to serve in the military because I`m still a woman in my 60s.
I wasn't looking at the screen and I thought you said 'eunuch cohesion'.
It kind of made sense.
