I simply can't imagine how anyone can bring themselves to sign up for a multi-staged, incredibly serious and risky surgical procedure that isn't even supposed to help them with their obsession with "passing" as the opposite sex, and in all likelihood will never even facilitate their ability to urinate "as a man". I guess it really speaks to the power of social influence, but even that is rendered more extraordinary by the fact that so much of it is influence mediated through the internet and from people the victims don't ordinarily even meet face-to-face.

But it's not just young people doing this because of online influence, Adults are electing this too.

To be honest I don't know what the results look like and I have no intention of finding out but I can't imagine it will fool anyone. People are still going to be to tell what you are by all the secondary donor site scarring.

Functionality has to be extremely limited if it works at all, like Karen said there are no biological structures to provide sensation.

I don’t understand the “stand to pee” thing. 🤔 It’s really ignorant to not know that women can pee standing up, with or without an assistive device. I use a man-style urinal when camping, with a washcloth to reduce my toilet paper usage as well. I can get urine into the receptacle much easier when standing up. 😳

I've had a few Foley catheters in my time, and while it can be a little frightening to wake up with after surgery if you weren't forewarned, I'm sure that they're nowhere near as frightening and irritating as waking up with a suprapubic catheter must be.

They do all carry with them a significant risk of serious infection, though.

For about a decade, I applied condom-style catheters to a homecare client with quadriplegia. They are much safer than a Foley. Anything in dwelling has gotta be riskier when it comes to infection. My sympathies to you! Whoever would do this for cosmetic purposes needs to be jailed. 🤬

Let them bleed. Thins the herd. Anyone stupid enough to cut off their dick shouldn’t have been procreating anyways.

I certainly wasn't arguing for these women to actually procreate!

This reminds me to mention a real-life horror story currently doing the rounds on X: a trans-identifying man has induced late Tanner Stage III/IV level breast growth in his THREE YEAR OLD daughter! Apparently it's not been proven to have been deliberate, but the father alleges it must have been from "inadvertent contact" with his estrogen gel "after (he) had applied it to his inner arms"... 🙄🤬

Phalloplasty is a freak show, Frankenstein’s monster type surgery; I’ve heard nothing but horror stories. This surgery is even more dubious, I think, than penile inversions (to make wretched facsimiles of vaginas). I’m gay, but I’m damned grateful that I don’t have the impulse to get crazed surgeries and subject myself to mutilation…

Gays Against Groomers is on the Southern Poverty Law Center's list of hate groups. Imagine thinking that opposing: FGM (female genital mutilation) and the sexual abuse and harassment of women and girls is hateful. That is where every Democrat politican is. It's terrifying.

The SPLC has really gone straight to hell in a hand-basket, has it not? They seem to list every single LGB and women's rights orgs as "terrorism". It's obviously a total inversion of reality when an LGB rights organisation has to explicitly support it's own demise at the hands of heterosexual fetishists in order to be held in any regard by them.

I’m so glad she posted this. I hope other potential victims see it, and that, one day, it’s used as evidence against the butchers who deliberately crippled a healthy person.

A Foley catheter does go through the urethra and has a little balloon on the end to keep it from slipping out. If you give it too much of a tug, you’re in a world of hurt.

I agree with these women that being able to stand to pee would be kind of neat, and so much more convenient when out in nature, etc! Guys really lucked out in that department, and I get the appeal of it. Which is what so many of them seem to obsess over. (I also would have loved to be able to fly, and breathe under water, thank you. But this is reality, and not fantasy La La Land, here!) But at what price, though? That is the thing. The actual price they pay for it: 1. having their healthy, functioning genitals permanently mutilated. 2. losing almost all sexual sensation, and just overall sensation, period. 3. having their arms scarred, nerve damaged and disfigured. 4. having their legs scarred, nerve damaged and disfigured. 5. running an extremely high risk of severe, potentially life threatening complications, and having to have countless revision surgeries. 6. best case scenario, after all this misery, you now have a gross tube of arm skin permanently attached to your crotch, that you can pee through, but not have normal sex with, that will never ever be a penis. Plus new complications, new infections, new strictures, and the need for a catheter, or another emergency surgery, could still arise at any time. 7. worst case scenario, you could DIE! 8. not worst case scenario, but still a bad case scenario, you are now stuck with a catheter, and unable to even pee normally, at ALL! When such a big part of what you did this for, in the first place, was wanting the supposed freedom of being able to «stand to pee like a man», uwu.

To say these ladies are not the brightest is the understatement of the century. It should indeed be illegal! Plus also, they should be shamed and ridiculed for being self-destructive idiots. Being able to stand to pee would be cool, sure. But just like we sadly weren’t born with wings, women also weren’t born with that ability. And another thing that’s also pretty cool? Is being able to pee normally, at all!! Which most of us tend to take for granted, and I bet they do, too. But that is exactly what they’re so readily willing to put on the line, and potentially lose. Idiots.

These gullible people are simply donating their bodies to science. They are human guinea pigs who have bought a con from the snake oil salesmen that are the Translobby that donate millions of $$$ to BigPharma, BigMed and BigTech. It's much, much bigger than a few ignorant, sick individuals.

I struggle to understand the desire for this surgery. I don't think its bourn from Gender Identity Disorder, but from Body Dysmorphic Disorder because the scarring is still going to confirm what you are to any casual observer.

No man in the locker room is ever going to think, "Hey look at that little dude with the odd looking dick, wonder what happened to to his arm and leg?"

It's never going to let you go unnoticed.

Apparently there are two options for limited "erectile function". They either graft a piece of rib cartilage into the arm flesh so it remains "semi-erect". You end up literally a "Walking Hard On" 😂

Or it's the insertion of an inflatable device and would you trust these guys to handle that https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rnyyiajZDpQ

Agree. Turquoise, I would call it. One of my favorite colors to wear, not just because I think it looks good, but, something about the dye--I can get the same top in other colors as well, but the turquoise one won't bother my skin like the others. Not ALL shirts in Turquoise, but often enough I think it's 'a thing.' :- )
