Our political system is not about serving the people's interests. Parties serve their own interests for their OWNERS. Politicians are corporate whores, with the occasional corporate pimp himself thrown in there, like Trump. They are all of the ruling class and our Constitution and "representative democracy" represents that class. It was never about "we the people". The sooner everyone starts to understand this, the sooner we may eventually have a REVOLT. Pitchforks and torches time. We need an entirely different form of state or we will remain under the control of the rich minority.

Well said. We need a real 'power to the people' movement. Americans have become too dumb and too docile.

I agree. I really think people need a crash course in political economy and a material reality based crash course into how the state oppresses/represses them based on the rich minority vs. the rest of us. People uncritically baaahleeeeve all the "state cares for them" propaganda no matter how much evidence to the contrary they see hiding in plain sight. They really do not understand just how oppressed and POOR they really are and how rich and violently oppressive (using the state machinery---including all three branches of the government and its economic and prison backed coercion) that class really is. Any illusory gain (aka: right) made under this form of state is just that---to be used in the competition of parties to represent their rich pimps whenever they need to utilize it. The "left/right" of classical liberalism needs to be critically evaluated for the team sport it really is (that good old capitalist competition) and that the rest of us are merely spectators in the ruling class Olympiad of power. If we had "rights" they couldn't be taken away by "party politics" whenever they damn well want. That describes temporary PRIVILEGES granted on occasion to "we the people" by our owners for a propagandized "carrot-on-a-stick" to keep the bottom from fomenting revolution. Opposite SEX invasion of private areas, Roe v Wade (which was never a right---just a limit on state limits to something that shouldn't be subject to legislation AT ALL) to no workplace safety law or enforcement, wage theft as the largest criminal enterprise that will never be punished, to civil asset forfeiture....to every other goddamned so-called "unconstitutional" endeavor the state wages war on us with. Even if we had a constitutional amendment about abortion the state would (either one or all of the 50 or the feds) ignore it at will, just as they do all our "other rights". I think once people get how truly oppressed they are, they will throw off their shackles---but they believe in the fairy tale of the state as any religious zealot does after the indoctrination and propaganda they are subjected to from cradle to grave. It's hard to get people to see and admit they were wrong about their belief system, though. It's dumb/docile/ and arrogance. People don't like to admit, even to themselves, that they are wrong about anything---so they double down on their stupid beliefs (irrationally) instead. The key is to get the bahleevers to truly see that MATERIAL reality light they seem blinded to, lol!

Did you hear Linehan’s Portillo interview? I’m getting sick of him & nobody calls him out on his misogyny. He constantly brings up menopause when talking about young women taking T. He said taking T is the same as menopause and that women in their 50s are old women and that their vaginas and organs rot out the same way they do in young woman who take high dose T. He said it sucks enough for old 50s women but to have that happen at a young age giggle giggle. I am so pisssed and I’m not even in my 50s but I’m sick of the ageist stigma and myths about older women he spreads. Clearly having high T in a female body is not the same as menopause nor are the side effects the same. Both will effect female biology to varying degrees but they are not the same and menopause isn’t destructive. High T is destructive, menopause is a natural process. He also frames T as a superior wonder hormone and E as an inferior poison garbage hormone. Like he doesn’t acknowledge any of the positive effects initially experienced by males who take E and just says it gives them osteoporosis. He doesn’t compare TIMs to elderly men with osteoporosis despite their walking canes but just says it disables males. Then he talks about females taking T and prefaces it by saying taking T is awesome and women like taking it but that it turns them into “old women” the same as women in menopause in their 50s. He always says he’s in this to defend women but there he is giggling in the media just saying the vilest incorrect bs about women and he’s totally incapable of stepping back and hearing what’s coming out of his mouth.

Linehan is a dreadful individual. He's trying to gin up controversy by making inflammatory statements. Is Helen Staniland still on his show? She can call him out.

He's deeply, deeply misogynist, intractibly so. I think people should just ignore him. Let him stew in his own fetidness.

If she sat back and said nothing to that remark about menopausal women, she definitely is a puppet who is deserving of no respect.

She’s still on his show but this was a separate interview where Linehan was a guest. So this was said to the general public and not to GCs. He has said these things before though. The menopause thing is his go to when talking about TIFs and nobody calls him out about it being factually incorrect let alone the way he does it.

Yes. Why, it's almost as if he's insinuating that women of menopausal age &/or physicality are beyond all use and desirability to men and he cannot conceive of a worse fate than that...

In other words, women his age. Thank God he doesn't want us. We've dealt with enough terrible men in our lives.

He is a despicable Grifter Misogynist who is grifting off gullible and vulnerable women and he is a nasty piece of work. I can't believe that this arse is still fronting a Feminist GC movement.

There is a special place in hell reserved for him and his ilk.

He’s lucky I don’t live anywhere near him. If I did I’d be outside his window for the entire neighbourhood to hear lol I swear if he mentions “menopause” 1 more time...

Graham Linehan deserves a special place in hell because he trolls, gaslights and exploits women by making money out of his appalling misogyny. He is a repulsive misogynist.

He needs to retire and feck off out of women's spaces.

Karen has in fact called him out on his misogyny but I really don't think that he was at all interested in listening to any constructive critique of his methodology, preferring instead to accuse her of being "a divisive lunatic" for pointing out his hypocrisy.

"Worshippers" is bang on the money, too. I noticed his need for adulation and to always be "right" very soon after paying attention to him. I think that his protracted interest in the putative struggle for women's rights is fundamentally rooted in his need to be recognised as being correct, rather than simply caring about the issues. Obviously, he's now stuck working the same spot because the media (which let's face it is currently owned by Big Trans Inc.) consider him to be noxious. I'm really not surprised that he also kind of resents the women he claims to have sacrificed everything for, honestly.

Yes, Karen has but his followers don’t and I’m just disgusted that so many ppl - women in particular - are willing to tolerate anything just to win.

I think it’s funny that a man pretending to be a woman claims that women are being reduced to “their genitals” when the M-F trans cult is reducing women to a bunch of gendered tropes and superficial bull crap like clothes and hairstyles. My genitals are part of my biology and that matters. I am not, however, defined by it. I can be the kind of woman I want but no man can do the same. Reality folks.

I think we should start a fundraiser for Karen’s bike’s transition.

These are the people calling women “cervix-havers” and “people with vaginas”. As if we don’t know they really mean “cunts”. Defining women by biology is real, not disrespectful. What erases women isn’t biology but “reducing” women to a feeling.
