Good start ! Banning minors and best of all allowing these victims to sue is great! Making it completely illegal to do this to anyone and allowing all victims to sue would be better!

Karen, There was yet another T dude incident at a YMCA women's locker room, this one in Ohio. Thought you might find it interesting, especially given there have been incidents throughout the country involving the YMCA. Article in the Springfield News-Sun.

i hope this has teeth. i hope there's cases lined up to use it & lawyers willing to push for monetary compensation. that's really how to stop it.
